Conference Accomodations
There are several choices that you have for accomodations. Please read the following carefully and book your reservations ahead of time (the sooner the better).
General Conference Information
University Accomodations
Apartments or Dorm Rooms are available through Gardner Webb University.The apartments have double beds, sofa and chairs. Bathrooms have toilet tissue and shower curtain. And, that’s about it. The floor plan below is by no means exact.
Hotel Accomodations
If you prefer staying off campus, there is an AmericInn with a continental breakfast just outside of our small village about .8 of a mile away from the conference site. The conference rate at the AmericInn is $65 for two queen beds. Families with multiple children may find this cheaper than staying on campus. This hotel also has an indoor pool. Their telephone number is 704.434.9996. It is best to call them Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m
Also, there are other traditional accommodations such as Holiday Inn Express; however, these are a 15-20 minute drive away. At all of these ask for the Gardner-Webb/Charlotte Mason Conference rate. You can also see the link on this website for other choices.
